Information Provided by Michel Gauthier, Member,IOA and Chairman of its Core Group
The industry group of OTECA-Japan sent a delegation of 6 to meet French resarchers in Noumea on November 6th, 1991. The meeting was convened by ORSTOM, IFREMER and New-Caledonian authorties in the ORSTOM Center of Noumea.
The purpose of the visit was to consult French experts on technical matters and estimated budget required for the establishment of the Center.
The OTECA-Japan delegation consisted of the following:
