Mr. Boris Leontieff. Minster of Ocean Resources, Public Works and Energy recently informed the Secretariat that he has nominated Mr. J-P Guernier to become the IOA contact for French Polynsiea. Mr. Guernier is French Polynesia's
Chief of Service for Energy and Mining and participated recent IOA Planning Meeting. We in the OTEC/DOWA community warmly welcome him to join IOA and look forward to working with him.
